This role is pivotal in expanding sales operations in Vietnam and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a highperforming sales team, developing effective sales strategies, managing the entire sales process, cultivating relationships with VIP customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's real estate operations in Vietnam. You will be tasked with building a high-performing sales team that can effectively target Vietnamese customers and drive property sales. Your role will involve managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. You will also be responsible for fostering strong relationships with VIP customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance, analyse data, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of your strategies.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets
• Identify target market segments, evaluate market trends, and develop marketing plans to maximize sales opportunities
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies

You possess strong leadership skills that inspire your team towards achieving set goals. Your excellent command of English coupled with Mandarin speaking skills gives you an edge in this role. Furthermore, your strong negotiation, communication, presentation skills will be essential.

• Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a similar senior sales role within the real estate industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin speaking skills are a plus
• Demonstrated success in selling to VIP customers and managing a VIP customer database
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
