II. Mô tả công việc/ Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our growing data team and play a central role in transforming our data infrastructure into a modern, scalable platform. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll own critical deliverables, drive architectural decisions, and help establish best practices as we build out our medallion architecture. You'll work across the full data stack, from ingestion and orchestration through transformation andanalytics, and have significant influence over how we design and operate our data platform.

Platform Modernization

You will drive the transformation of legacy systems into our modern data architecture. This includes championing engineering best practices such as code reviews, documentation, and testing, as well as mentoring junior team members andcontributing to building our data engineering culture.

Data Ingestion and Orchestration

You will design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Python. This includes building and optimizing DAGs for ingesting data from brand partners with varying formats anddelivery methods. You'll ensure data quality and reliability at the point of ingestion with proper validation and error handling.

Data Transformation and Processing

You will own heavy data transformation workloads, translating complex business requirements into efficient Spark jobs. This involves building and maintaining scalable data pipelines that handle late arriving data, schema evolution, and partner data synchronization. You'll implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting to ensure pipeline health and data freshness, working with Delta Lake for reliable, ACID-compliant data processing.

Analytics and Reporting

You will design and optimize data models in Snowflake for analytical workloads. You'll partner with BI teams to ensure data is structured for effective Power BI reporting and self-service analytics, and build aggregation pipelines that support business intelligence and operational reporting needs.

Required:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-onexperience with ApacheAirflow or similar orchestration tools and DAG design patterns
• Production experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data transformations
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and data quality practices
• Experience building monitoring and alerting for data pipelines
• Strong knowledgeofdatagovernanceandcompliancerequirements,particularly Vietnam's
• data regulations
• Strong communicationskills and ability to work with business stakeholders to understand
• requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering well-tested, and maintainable data
• solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Delta Lake or similar lakehouse technologies
• Familiarity with dbt for transformation workflows
• Experience in loyalty, banking, airlines or multi-tenant data platforms
• Backgroundworkingwithhigh-volumetransactional data
• Experience with Power BI, similar BI tools and Dashboards
• Agentic AI efficient prompting skills.
