RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage and develop relationships with customers to provide personalized education solutions through various channels.
• Acquire new clients through marketing campaigns, personal networks, telesales, client referrals, and strategic prospecting.
• Actively engage in continuous professional development to increase industry, product, and sales knowledge.
• Prepare market analyses and sales reports and support other academic, business development, and marketing activities.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle questions about Everest Education and our products, offers.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in Education or Service industry;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
• Passion in Education;
• Good problem-solving and organizing skills;
• Proactive, self-starting, curious and positive attitude;
• Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset;
• Flexible and adaptable with changes.
