As the face of the restaurant, you will be responsible for assisting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and requests.
• Handle table reservations via email and phone.
• Receive and manage customer feedback effectively.
• Plan and maintain relationships with loyal and VIP customers.
• Prepare for shift openings and closings.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from Intermediate, College, or University level.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service.
• Female, aged 20-30.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Good English communication skills.
