Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality management, business administration).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, with a proven track record of managing and implementing quality control programs in the flexible packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• ​Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive knowledge in Quality Management, Quality Process, Product Safety Control, Quality Risk Assessment and Inspection.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to quality management, including related quality environmental and safety regulations.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage, lead and motivate a team of quality professionals.
• Certification in quality management, such as Six Sigma or ASQ, is a plus.
