Key Accountabilities:
Install electrical systems in new lines.
Maintain and repair all the electrical equipment of the production lines: Cylinder Making, Printing, Lamination, Slitting and all Packaging machines; and in service area, including: hot oil boilers, air compressors, water treatment plant, industrial water treatment, and chiller system.
Follow correct procedures of electrical safety; check the safety condition of electrical panels / equipment to prevent the fire in the Company.
Improve knowledge and skills in order to ameliorate electronic/ electrical devices to increase the yield. Propose & implement the methods to reduce the waste of material in the repair and maintenance process.
Record all the feedback from workers and solve the problems immediately; transfer information / data of equipment condition to the next shift in details;report to Maintenance Team Leader in shift information of electrical system situation, machinery in shift.
Perform other job-related assignments.
