- Input all required product info and upload to e-commerce sites.
Update new info on regular basis; banners and videos in accordance with campaigns, collections.
Perform QC for all contents published on e-commerce sites
Coordinating with the Marketing agency about produce images, ideas, video, slogan, banner advertising on the website...
Analyzing e-commerce sales performance, extracting, analyzing and evaluating data on reporting and sales tracking systems, Marketing indicators for making timely decisions about the changes appropriate product, price or promotion.
Monitor day by day sales performance:
Perform inventory & sales channel management
Perform pricing and develop promotional campaign to generate sales.
Implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget
Track and analysis the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics
Conduct, execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channel
Receiving and handle customer complaint
5. Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
6. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.
7. Cross-coordinating, interact with other departments of operation to bring the best shopping experience to customerUniversity bachelor's degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
18 months' experience in a similar role in E-commerce
Preferably working experience in e-commerce
Knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
English is must (at least 550 TOEIC).
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
