POSITION: TECHNICAL SALES B2B (POWDER FLAVORS - FOOD)
***We are looking for sales person for our Flavor & Fragrances activity in Vietnam to promote sales of our Powder Flavors. Our plants have been selling throughout Southeast Asia countries including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.
- Company information: We are Kital Ltd Co., a member of Koortrade group with headquarter in ISRAEL owning plants in Singapore and Vietnam, specializing in producing flavors and fragrances for food and beverage industry.
- Work location: 39 Nguyen Thi Dieu Str - District 3 - HCMC - Vietnam
- Working time: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
- Report to: Head of Sales in Vietnam
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Business Development:
- Utilize your existing network to identify and pursue new business opportunities with new customers, focus on Powder Flavor
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales by promoting our extensive range of products to our customers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with a focus on long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Regularly review and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
4. Key Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. EDUCATION:
- Bachelor degree, preferred in Food Technology
- Fluent English
2. EXPERIENCE:
- SALES ORIENTED
- Track record as sales person at least 2 year working experience, not less than 2 years in one company
- Good verbal skills with ability to establish good relations with potential clients.
- Experiences coming from Flavor and/or from F&B/ Food ingredient industry
- Relevant Experience and passion for sales B2B Food Ingredient / Flavor industry

4. ALLOWANCE & BENEFIT:
