Supervise daily operations:
Meticulously review all operational processes to guarantee all compliance with established requirements
Proactively identify and address operational concerns promptly, implementing preventative solutions to mitigate the issues.
Align closely with Head of Operations to execute strategic initiatives and effectively synchronizing operational processes with overall business objectives.
Reporting and analysis:
Develop and maintain key metrics and comprehensive reports that accurately track departmental effectiveness and performance.
Continuously analyze and optimize operational workflows, generating data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.
Drive continuous improvement:
Actively collaborate with the technical department to improve our operational systems and tools.
Identify operational opportunities by analyzing both internal and external data and proposing enhancements to elevate operational excellence.
Conduct research to identify new operational technologies and methodologies, recommending their implementation to optimize operations and gain a competitive edge.
Test and deploy streamlined workflows that drive operational efficiency.Familiarity with accounting, supply chains, and project management, as well as an understanding of business operations and procedures
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business Operations Analyst or similar role, preferably in the retail, e-commerce, or telecommunications sector
Fluency in English is a must. Third language will be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both in teams and independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and operational systems.
