Enhance brand recognition and reputation on a global
Create and execute initiatives to grow revenue, including activities such as social channel development,media production, promotions, communications, email MKT.
Evaluate market conditions and optimize incentives and campaigns to drive growth
Execution and Collaboration:
Manage budget allocation between promotional costs and media mix to best suit business objectives.
Perform daily/weekly data monitoring and analysis, providing recommendations based on consumer insights.

Strong communication skills, with 2 year of experience in Marketing in either Beauty/Cosmetic Vietnamese Market or Global Market.
Brand development experience
Analytical/Data driven mindset and strong quantitiantive skills
Fluent in English
Organizational skills, coordination and arrangement of work.
Detailed working skills, ability to convert ideas into real products, and complete work.Laptop
