Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 300 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon‘s sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. With our steady knowledge of E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end eecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Supply Chain Partner for Operations

• Key contact points for all processes & projects between SC & Operation teams.
• Inbound & outbound volume rolling plans for Warehouses and 3PLs network.
• Quickly coordinate with the Operations team to timely react to crises (Freight Spike, port congestions, etc)
• Maintain target utilization by facilitating inbound, transfers within the network with clear tradeoffs and under an assigned budget.
• Participate in Network expansion planning to serve business growth.
• Transparent and precise communications & follow up to ensure smooth execution according to plan.

Maintain Amazon’s Order processes

• Maintain key wholesale order processes to ensure process compliance and Order confirmation rate.
• Leading root cause analysis and problem-solving activities regarding issues aroused with related parties.
• Study and train new policies, and processes introduced by Amazon to team members and related parties.
• In charge of Performance reports, incident reports related to Order Processes.

Maintain & develop Inventory Policy

• Maintain ABC XYZ classifications for Inventory Policy.
• Track, pilot and propose continuous improvement for ABC XYZ.
• Digitalize ABC XYZ with SC analyst & tech team for single source of truth and minimal human error.

Other Supply Chain Enhancement Projects

• Other Supply Chain enhancement projects assigned by direct report to serve Supply Chain strategy and continuous improvement.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Supply Chain & Operations fields (2-3 years).
• Both theory-driven and data-driven approaches are used to solve problems.
• We are looking for a Supply Chain lover so please be ready to show that.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
• Intellectual curiosity & honesty.
