We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
with in- depth knowledge of
Microsoft Dynamics 365
to join our team. You will work directly with project teams to analyze business requirements, optimize business processes, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s growth strategy.

• Provide training and end- user support for Dynamics 365 functionalities.
• Ensure the seamless implementation of Dynamics 365 features and applications, meeting quality and timeline expectations.
• Work with development teams to customize and configure Dynamics 365 systems based on specific business needs.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams (IT, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to identify and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 system.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements to existing business workflows and the enterprise management system.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
• Analyze business requirements and workflows to design appropriate solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ensure data quality and security within the Dynamics 365 environment.

• Experience
: At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of various Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.).

• Good English
