• Managing design process from conception through to final styling.
• Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
• Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
• Creating sketches for development packages and/or presentations.
• Creating techpacks for developing garment samples.
• Checking garment fits in 2D/3D pattern.
• Handling sample development process with fabric/trim sourcing.
• Taking photos and editing photos of garment samples.
• Support for buyer meeting through image and Excel/PPT file editing.*Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in design or college degree in fashion design or related field.
• 3+ years design experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Ability to sketch by hand and illustrator.
• Excellent design and conceptual skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other team members.
