Goal

Enhance supplier performance to have customer satisfaction by fast response to suppliers
Improve quality efftiveness to meet customer requirements
Contribute for projects footprint and improvement projects at suppliers
Planning with coreteam and leading subproject quality and footprint projects related at supplier sites

Task :

Quality sub project leading with suppliers and coordinating with related parties to have projects successful
Collect, evaluate and implement customer's requirement/ Internal requirements and work closely with suppliers to guarantee technical specification
Supplier audit onsite and supplier evaluation and action improvements to have build up strong supplier commitments
Coordinate with management level to support onsite/ virtual AUDIT with supplier and closely follow with Open Findings from suppliers
Take lead for safe launch activities including Layered Audit, internal audits, QUALITY BASIC deployments for suppliers
Receive, verify & monitor suppler complaint action plan and report to CS&Q Manager
Supplier Quality monitoring for complaint which relates to customer complaints & report status to CS&Q Manager & EAJ Supplier Leader
Lead SPS (Schneider Performance System) for Supplier Topic to enhance supplier performance complied with Schneider Requirements
Coordinate with EAJ (East Asia & Japan) Supplier Leader to deploy the PPAP, Supplier Development Program, Supplier FMEA improvements
Follow up PPAP supplier submission and material compliance securing for new APQP or Change of Supplier (COS) project
PPAP samples follow up (documents, complaints,...) for supplier production followed Schnieder Standards
Coodinator for FMEA meeting with coreteam related to control plan/ inspection plan topic for supplier handling
Perform product audit, internal and external audit related to customer topics
Manage Q-Stock monitoring (monthly report) & follow actions to reduce the Q stock
Coordinate with MQE, Customer Engineer, ... for quality direction and improvement activities at supplier site

Qualifications

Bachelor degree-technical background-Mechanical engineering and Electronic are most preferable.
5+ years experienced working with Multi-national Company Supplier Quality Engineering
Excellence communication and reporting skills
Master in 8D report, problem solving
Understand and have experience in 5 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC)
ISO9001 & IATF 16949 knowledge
Knowledge in measuring instruments and QC tools
Proficient English
Work well under high pressure and tight deadlines.
