- Download the paperwork from internal systems, check them carefully, send paperwork to customs declaration agent to do customs clearance

- Upload the status code corresponding to actual status of shipment for SF project

- Read and understand deeply the customs regulation, specialized goods management, after that advise customer to do customs clearance with the most compliance (for customs formalities process, quality inspection, cultural inspection, food safety inspection…)

- Meeting with customs declaration agent, customer, foreign coworker, internal department to resolve all matter relating to customs clearance. Beside that, involve all projects to advise and build up S.O.P for all project

- Issuing arrival notice for Apple project to start customs clearance

- Upload needed paperwork for all Apple shipments according to Apple’s requirement

- Monitor the status of Apple shipments, communicate with customer and customs agent to resolve all relating matters in customs handling stage

- Monitor tax payment for Apple shipments and deal with goverment agency on this. Summarize tax payment data and upload IT into Bamboo Server

- Making report as Apple’s requirement (monthly, weekly) and upload them into Box Server

- Download all documents from Box (Server is used to storage relating documents for quality inspection). Check them carefully to determine whether the shipment must be done quality spection or not), if must be done quality inspection, have to send these type of documents to customs agent to register quality inspection at VNTA

- Reading and update constantly the policies and regulations from customs or government agency then annouce them to the member of CA team

- Reporting and making plans to managers.

- Receiving and resolving complaints from customers and related departments.

- Other tasks related to import and export of goods as required by managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Background in Economics, Logistics or Analytics
• At least 2 years experience
• master knowledge of import and export, regulations on import and export documents.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situation; ability to work under high pressure.
• Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
• Ability to quickly negotiate with customers, agents, customs authorities
• Prefer work at big 3 ( DHL, Fedex, UPS) operation department/clearance dpt.
• Good at MS Office
