Professional Background:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and industry trends.
- Experience in setting up and leading a sales team, and developing policies and processes.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
