Employer Branding Executive is responsible for the development and execution of strategies related to building ACFC & VFBS’s employer brand with the aim of making it an employer of choice across all industries and is expected to drive the country recruitment strategy work closely with Talent Acquisition function in attracting, sourcing, assessing, selecting and onboarding top talents for the organization and to ensure that each business unit and function of the organization has the right talent in the right position, and is always aligned with the organization’s business goals, talent strategy and policies:
- Implement Employer Branding plan according to defined EVP, support Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and onboard potential employees for ACFC & VFBS.
- Develop a digital roadmap that enables ACFC & VFBS to increase its brand awareness as an employer across targeted platforms.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to create innovative, aspirational, and relevant content for our target audiences on different platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
- Build up employer branding guidelines for employee-related activities, both internally and externally. Encourage internals to be the brand ambassador engaging in EB activities.
- Implementing partnership events, programs, and activities with partner organizations by coordinating with internal talents, building up inspiring stories from the internals to spread out the corporate values and make impacts on the youth.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers.
- Additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
