Mô tả Công việc
· As a Logistics Manager, you will:
· Manage the import - export process for goods, material, custom clearance, ensure on-time delivery.
· Manage existent suppliers, sourcing and selecting new suppliers. As a Logistics Manager, you will report directly to General Manager and take care of these following tasks:
· Manage all processes, procedures, and policies related to Customs clearance and Customs audit. Knowledge about trade compliance and regulations.
· Manage full import - export procedure: sea, air. CO application for export shipments.
· The Logistic Officer must ensure that all aspects of a logistics team are working together to follow orders and deliver materials on a timely basis.
· In charge of all activities related to import/export, logistics, customs clearance --To coordinate with sales to complete Order package and release order.
- Resolve logistics issues related to delivery, sales orders, customs requirement
- To work closely with Principals/Supplier and to update delivery schedule of every shipment.
- To check and ensure all shipping docs (BL, PL, Invoice, and L/C, C/O form) are appropriate for customs clearance.
- To ensure timely arrival of imported goods by tracking and monitoring until goods are delivered to the Customer in according with our commitment.
- To maintain and update daily shipments status reports, batch-wise stock report.
Manage vendor and qualification and selection.
Identify opportunities, lead negotiation, and cost-saving, optimization activities.
Monitor vendor performance and evaluate their performance against key performance standards.
Collaborate with other teams to address customer requirements effectively

- Handle goods reject with principals/ suppliers.
- Reporting to Regulatory if good returns are due to product quality issues.
+. Others
- Ensure completeness of documentation both physically and online in AX.
- Other ad-hoc assignments as required by the Manager from time to time
Customer service:
- Customs clearance consulting and advising.
- Other activities relating to Docs, legal procedure for importing activities by CIF/ FOB

1 - University degree, major related to Economic, Foreign trade or related to logistic
2 - Sex: prefer female
3 - Working experience: 3-4 years of working experiences in import-export in industrial manufacturing companies.
4 - Good communication & presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
5 - Proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel, power point
6 - Ambition, leadership, inspiration
7 - Willing to work overtime if requested
8 - Have knowledge in ocean and air freight structure.
9 - Responsible with a strong sense of urgency.
10- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
11-Persistent in follow-up and follow-through.
