Our company is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually stunning marketing materials, including logos, websites, and other digital and print designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, a passion for creativity, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, the Senior Graphic Designer will need to be able to lead projects and mentor junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop visually stunning and innovative marketing materials, including logos, websites, digital and print designs, and other collateral
2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design is aligned with business objectives and brand standards
3. Communicate and present design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders
4. Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
5. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow their skills and abilities
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology to continually improve the quality of designs and stay ahead of the competition
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma
3. Experience designing websites and other digital marketing materials
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English
5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
6. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior designers
7. Passion for creativity, attention to detail, and a drive to continuously learn and improve

Hiện tại, công ty đang có 3 nhà máy và 1 trung tâm phân phối hoạt động tại Bình Dương với hơn 9.000 nhân sự. Kế hoạch tăng số lượng nhân viên lên đến 10.000 trong thời gian tới.
Wanek Furniture được thành lập tại Việt Nam vào năm 2008, đến nay đã mở rộng ra 4 địa điểm tại tỉnh Bình Dương với hơn 7.000 nhân viên.
