1. Job Description:
- Conduct market research, understand company products and customer needs to develop specific business strategies and plans for each stage.
- Directly oversee customer development activities and lead the team to achieve business goals.
- Manage and train the sales team to consult and introduce HouseNow products to potential customers.
- Expand and maintain relationships with company partners and customers (broker teams, real estate platforms, banks, etc.).
- Develop product introduction campaigns and explore customer experiences with the products.
- Create reports on customer experiences, identifying issues that customers encounter while using the products.
2. Requirements:
- Experience working in real estate consulting or Proptech products.
- Ability to build, manage, and train teams to work efficiently.
- Sharp communication skills, strong sales abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop close relationships with the customer system and provide excellent customer care.
- Ability to analyze, identify, and address customer issues.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
