Along with the Maintenance Manager, the Production Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring health and safety codes are followed, training workers in the responsible use of machinery, identifying problems in the production line, troubleshooting equipment, and completing various tasks
To be successful as a Production Maintenance Supervisor , you should be an independent thinker and keen problem-solver. Outstanding production Maintenance Supervisor are able to diagnose problems, train staff, and provide effective recommendation's
Provide effective supervision, training and coaching to assigned maintenance employees to achieve the required equipment up time, equipment repairs, and production goals. Maintain department records and inventories
Work with maintenance production line to resolve technical and machine problems. Inform to maintenance manager to Schedule preventive maintenance to effectively meet production needs
Changeover in production line for meet production plan- Adjust and corrective maintenance for equipment in production line and downtime record
Supervising the equipment for manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient
Supervising and monitoring production lines and combine with production maintenance staff to develop plans that improve production quality, costs and labor required
Diagnosing problems in the production line, equipment and providing solutions and training
Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with maintenance staffs and co-workers
Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices
Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders and customer complain
Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement
Under direction of the Maintenance Manager, supervises and schedules maintenance activities for equipment in production line and maintenance staff
Inspect and oversee equipment to resolve problems related
Inspect for machineries regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads
Supervise and train maintenance staff
Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities
Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time
Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage
Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site
Conduct preventative maintenance work
Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work
Conduct safety inspections as scheduled by maintenance manage
Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time
Support for Maintenance supervisor for meet preventive maintenance schedule

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical major or related field is preferred.
Strong preventive maintenance development experience, familiarity with reliability centered maintenance principles preferred.
Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality / quantity
Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work a night schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime.
Strong knowledge of Automation system, maintenance procedure in factory.
Effective budgeting and performance management.
Organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools.
Great time management skills.

Dan On Foods Corporation (DOF) được thành lập tại Việt Nam từ năm 1999, là một công ty thành viên thuộc tập đoàn DAN-D FOODS. Trụ sở chính của tập đoàn đặt tại thành phố Richmond, bang British Columbia (BC), Canada và được lãnh đạo bởi người sáng lập kiêm tổng giám đốc, ông Dân Ôn người khởi sướng và đặt nền tảng phát triển tập đoàn tại bang BC, Canada từ năm 1989.

Các Công ty thành viên khác của Tập đoàn DAN-D FOODS được đặt tại British Columbia và Ontario, Canada, California, Hoa Kỳ, Bangkok, Thái Lan, Trung Quốc, Hồng Kông và Đài Loan. Hiện Tập đoàn có hơn 800 nhân viện đang làm việc và hướng tới một mục tiêu chung là: Cung cấp các sản phẩm đạt chất lượng đến khách hàng trên phạm vi toàn cầu.
