Responsible for food and beverage service in the restaurant according to the service policy and standards, procedures and etiquettes.
- To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Take orders from guests - Writes captain orders according to standard procedures
- Relays orders to the correct kitchen.
- To serve food and beverage to guests according to established performance standards
- Check all food and beverage items are picked up in time according to standards, and counter checks items against captain order
- Check that all food and beverage items to be served are of established quality and standards of hotel.
- To ensure you consistently present yourself in a manner which makes a clear statement of professionalism,
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: A diploma qualification. Good in oral and written English
Experience: Previous hotel-related experience desired.
Other: Good interpersonal and communication skills
