Main Responsibilities

Overall: As the Deputy Director of the GenAI Center, you will play a key leadership role in driving the research, development, and application of cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. You will be responsible for defining strategic directions, supporting cross-functional AI teams, and expanding the business impact of GenAI solutions.

Details Of Responsibilities

• Research and stay updated on the latest GenAI technologies, including the development and application of foundation models such as Large Language Models, Large Vision Models, and Multimodal Models.
• Define strategic directions, conceptualize, design, and research solutions for GenAI product development to meet customer demands.
• Provide consultancy and support for implementing GenAI solutions for clients, participating in driving business growth for the GenAI products.
• Support model development for other AI product development teams within the AI Product Division.
• Participate in talent development and workforce planning for the GenAI Center.
  
  

Job Requirement

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Solid academic background in AI-related fields such as machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, speech processing, and foundation models (Large Language Models, Large Vision Models, Multimodal Models).
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI applications for real-world use cases.
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with natural language processing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on AI advancements and trends.

• Site Hanoi: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi
• Working hours:
• 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
• 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
