Main Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities:

• Create user flows, wireframe, low fidelity design, high fidelity design if necessary
• Review UI/UX of features after development team finish implementation
• Revamping, standardizing and optimizing current user experience flow of applications
• Create and maintain design system and design roadmap for team
• Conduct user research to validate design concept for important user flows
  
  

Additional

• Participate in community group’s activities to research recent technology, sharing knowledge between members in team
• Participate in 1-1 reviews with line manager for progress reporting and feedback and career development
• Contribute to team documents including (technical documents, detailed design documents, process-related documents, onboarding documents…)
• Coaching junior designer and development team about UI/UX
  
  

Job interaction and interface

• Actively work with Product managers / Product owners to discuss design, verify and prototype UX
• Actively work with cross functional development team to help review and develop application
• Optionally provide support for other departments if necessary
• Report to: Head of Product / Centre director
  
  

Job Requirement

Prerequisites

• Relevant degree in design field
• 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design roles
• A strong UI/UX portfolio to show case the experience
• Proficient in graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative suite, etc)
• Strong experience with prototyping web application (from low fidelity to high fidelity)
• Attention to details
• Problem solving mindset, good time management skill
• Can do attitude, hands-on work and try best to help team meet the results
• Able to read English documents
  
  

Optional

• Have experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum methodology
• Drive for learning new approaches and techniques
• Ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously.

• Communicate status of work effectively to the team and line manager
• Collaboration and work in-person with other team members
• Able to work independently and know when to ask for help to get stuff done
