Garrya - Mù Cang Chải

This programme is designed for fresh graduates and experienced associates who are interested in pursuing a career in luxury Front Office operations. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a genuine passion for guest engagement, excellent command of English capabilities and the ambition to grow into future Front Office leaders.

During the traineeship, you will gain hands-on experience across key Front Office functions through job rotations within different Front Office teams. You will also receive mentorship from experienced supervisors and managers while developing operational and leadership capabilities required for a Supervisor role after 24 months.

What we are looking for

• Fresh graduates from university or college, preferably with a hospitality-related degree
• Candidates without prior hospitality experience would still be considered and will be assessed through a screening interview
