【Job Summary】
The role of the IT Consultant is to provide business consulting services in the IT area to Japanese and Vietnamese companies in Vietnam.

- Delivery member of IT consulting services for Japanese companies in Vietnam and Vietnam companies.
- By gaining skills in business reform, IT implementation planning, and Digital Transformation you will have more options in the future to work as a senior consultant, or to work as a Business/IT Architect in IT department or a Data Scientist of a business company.
- Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.).
- Analyze and interpret facts to identify weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes.
- Understand critical issues of the client’s operations and its IT systems, and create a counterproposal for the client to improve its management and operation.
- Deliver and Work as a project member and create key deliverables (e.g. Assessment documents, Business Process Flow, Business Requirement Definition, Fit & Gap analysis with a certain application function).
- Propose appropriate measures to fill gaps using IT or non-IT solution.
- Negotiate and facilitate key discussions in both Vietnamese and English.
- Work closely with project managers to deliver appropriate consulting services for our clients.
- Support presales and creating a proposal for consulting projects.
- Support managers for recruiting new employees, finding alliance partners in Vietnam, and reporting to the Headquarter.

- Have any experience or skills in any of the following IT consulting services :
1,IT Grand design for core system replacement of Finance and
manufacturing dept.
2,IT assessment and diagnosis of legacy core system, and create RFP of
core system replacement.
3,PMO (Project Management Office) support for each IT project
4,Digital Transformation (e.g. Smart Factory, Digital Marketing, Social
Listening)
5,Data Management (MDM, DMP, CDP)
6,IT planning, IT investment process planning and execution support
7,Support strategy for planning migration to infrastructure, Data Center, and
cloud
8,Robotic Process Automation
- Experience in designing business processes and system requirements.
- Experience in project management of a consulting project or PMO experience.
- High documentation and presentation skills using MS PowerPoint documents and MS Excel.
- English: Upper-Intermediate level
- Work experience in one or more consulting projects as a project manager or a project member.
- Skills to build key consulting deliverables (Assessment / Business Process Design/ Business Requirement)
