Responsibility Be internal trainer • Conduct and analyze training needs and develop relevant training plans • Design and develop training courses assigned by supervisors: Training workshops, E-learning courses, and other training sessions (English/Chinese, transferable skills ...) • Deliver training as an internal trainer and act as a master trainer to provide TTT/ ToT to the factory trainer pool. Develop and monitor development programs • Assessing development needs across different teams and roles • Build skill matrix and training roadmap according to department resource development goals • Co-ordinate with other trainers to build up hard skill training materials, and supporting documents about training & development programs Training management • Prepare documents, and logistic arrangements for training & development programs • Manage training facilities and learning materials to store documents and reuse them when needed Data management • Manage employee learning history to record learning hours as well as training reporting to analyze and make appropriate training planning • Provide updates, and follow-up on course development, training progress, and effectiveness. • Analyse data & provide insights into development suggestions L&D branding • Write post, create training contents, memo, documents, advertisements for recognition of training & development activities among Mgt. & Org. • Support other learning & branding activities required by the organization- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Not specific - Years of Work Experience: Over 2 years of experience preferred, - Technical Skills: Competence computer literate (Microsoft Offices, Outlook, and PowerPoint) & Lecture and interactive design tools (Canva, Articulate 360...) - Languages: Vietnamese, Strong English (fluently & good presentation (B2 up) Benefits - Shuttle to the workplace (if in Hanoi or the factory from 10 km or more) - Other policies under the Labor Code of Vietnam (social insurance, unemployment insurance) - Friendly, motivated and dynamic working environment. - Attractive salary - Good career path development.Thưởng Lương tháng 13, thưởng Tết Nghỉ phép có lương 14 ngày nghỉ phép có lương Xe đưa đón Xe đưa đón từ nội thành Hà Nội
