We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant Lead to join our Cross Border team, to build and grow a recruitment team to support our cross-border clients. As the Senior Consultant Lead, your focus will be on understanding our client's unique hiring needs across APAC and guiding your team to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Hiring & managing a team of 2-3 Recruitment Consultants in achieving individual KPIs and delivering suitable talents that match clients' hiring needs.
Understanding clients’ company profiles and hiring needs including the opening position and requirements.
Managing ongoing recruitment process of clients' company and guiding the team in handling any potential blockers.
Ensuring Recruitment Consultant's personal growth through assistance and training while working with Team Leader to scale up the team's business growth.

Who We Are Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
At least 1 year of management experience leading a sales or recruitment team.
Strong communication skills, confidence, and fluency in English are essential.
Proven results and target-oriented mindset demonstrated through past achievements.
