• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Additional certifications or training in Sales Leadership, Revenue Management, or Strategic Marketing are advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum 6–8 years of solid experience in hotel Sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior sales leadership position focusing on the Corporate segment.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and market share goals within corporate accounts.
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key local and international corporate clients.
• Familiarity with IHG systems, tools, and global account management processes is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in an international hotel brand or airport property is an advantage.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills; able to coach and motivate a results-driven sales team.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (such as Opera, Delphi, or IHG Concerto), and digital sales tools.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
