1. To prepare the Kids Club activities for the children and ensuring set ups conform to the departmental standards.

2. To carry out general cleaning of the Kids Club as directed ( as per the condition).

3. To provide assistance, advice and instruction regarding all related outlet activities including correct use of equipment.

4. To ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.

5. To help the reserve and Recreation Dept. in inventory matters in your section.

6. Greet and welcome the guest warmly.

7. Helps maintain the outlet in top physical condition by reporting any engineering defects to supervisor.

8. Handles customer complaints if possible, or report them to supervisor.

9. To make sure of the safety before commencing any activities and ensuring that disclaimers are signed for the appropriate activities.

10. Ensures that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually.

11. To maintain the materials of Kids Club in good condition and to ensure its proper use.

12. Always be present during an activity and to help co-workers organize an event.

13. To create an educational/fun/friendly/unforgettable experience and atmosphere for the children.

• Good English.

• Interested in playing with kids.

• Experience in Kindergarten teaching or having any relevant diplomas is preferable.
