Daily operation: • Follow up plan and coordinate to related department to make sure plan go smoothly • Monitor, instruct / training for employees in daily operation to be comply with SOP / working instruction, job standard. • Report, monitor and resolve issue on physical operation and system. • Interact with customers and learn their needs and specifications • Provide customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace • Support managers in organizing٫ planning and implementation Project developing • Join new project to set up operation process, standardize procedure, work instruction for operation. • Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.
