Support employer branding activities (including internal/external events and social posts). Perform other tasks as assigned by the leader.3rd/4th-year student majoring in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field. Passionate about pursuing a career in recruitment. Eager to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. Familiarity with sourcing candidates from various platforms, especially free channels, is a significant advantage. Experience in planning and organizing university events is a plus. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe, and Photoshop. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Hands-on recruitment experience with basic IT knowledge is a strong plus.
