Work with Guest Experience team to analyze and manage reputation platforms such as TripAdvisor, Yelp, Reviews, etc.

Review and approve all marketing collateral e version, ensuring accuracy and in line with the brand guidelines

Support Sales and Revenue Department regarding e-Tools, and electronic media

Forecast sales performance trends and provide suggestions for improvement.
