1.Sales planning: Setting up SMART target for sales team, contributing to company sales forecast. Proactively propose/ contribute to micro-marketing. 2. Sales execution: The role will require ensure that the sales plan, events, activities... are well briefed to sales team, and will be completely & effectively executed in the field. 3. Sales analysis: To perform sales analysis on monthly basis, ensuring both gaps and potentials are identified and proper action will be taken to maximize sales achievement. 4.
