We are looking for In-coming Quality Control AM who is willing to work with the detailed description below:

- Build up and maintain procedure of in-coming parts inspection to ensure best quality of parts in adherence to Panasonic quality standards.

- Promptly work with suppliers and related departments of part problem to investigate the issue, find out the root cause and give out countermeasure to prevent similar non-conforming problem in the future.

- Make IQC daily/weekly/monthly report to Manager and Director.

- Control part design change and 4M change in supplier.

- Support Manager in establishing quality standards of suppliers to ensure quality of all in-coming materials/parts.

- Training suppliers about PAPVN's quality and process requirements; improve quality of supplier through periodic audit to identify, resolve and ensure implementation of corrective actions.

- Make plan of supplier audits of both new & current supplier and control supplier ranking.

- Do other job as assignments by Manager/Director.

* Working time: 8:00 - 16:45 (Every Monday to Friday & 0-2 Saturday/Month)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant fields.

- Have at least 5 years of experience in quality control position (leader, supervisor, ...) in manufacturing company

- Fluent commands of English, know Japanese is an advantage

- Creative thinking and quality solving principles (5-Why analysis, etc.)

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, QC tool

- Carefully, proactive, hardworking, high responsibility person and attention in details.
