I. Giới thiệu về ONE-VALUE:

ONE-VALUE là công ty đóng vai trò như cầu nối giữa hai thị trường Việt Nam – Nhật Bản thông qua các hoạt động tư vấn chiến lược kinh doanh, xúc tiến đầu tư, M&A và thương mại giữa 2 nước. Trong quá trình hoạt động, ONE-VALUE cũng nhận được những nhu cầu của khách hàng Nhật Bản về nguồn nhân lực người Việt chất lượng cao. Hiểu về nhu cầu của khách Nhật cũng như mong muốn đem đến những job chất lượng cho cộng đồng người Việt tại Việt Nam và Nhật Bản, thông qua các bài đăng tuyển của mình, ONE-VALUE xin giới thiệu đến những ai quan tâm tới làm việc tại môi trường Nhật hoặc sang Nhật làm việc những cơ hội việc làm tốt này. II. Giới thiệu về khách hàng của ONE-VALUE:
Khách hàng của OV là 1 công ty bảo hiểm nhân thọ lớn lâu đời và uy tín tại Nhật Bản. Có chi nhánh văn phòng tại Hoàn Kiếm, HN.

III. Mô tả công việc:

- Carry out sales and servicing activities to reach assigned business target, including but not limited to introducing insurance products to client with good presentation, making renewal and new quotation, chasing for confirmation, supporting client with all concerning questions/ procedures, remind client for declaration.
- Maintain good relationship with brokers and clients by frequent contact, visits, etc.
- Develop new clients, approach clients for cross sales and new sales in all business line;
- Participate in new product developing and new project as assigned;
- Follow up premium payment to ensure that premium is collected fully and timely;
- Prepare presentation materials in Japanese to clients, make reports or translate Vietnamese ⇔ Japanese as
requested;
- Cooperate with team member and support supervisors to realize business targets;
- Follow up with Technical support team & Policy Management Dept. to deliver documents to client timely;
- Cooperate with other departments to implement sales & servicing related tasks, including but not limited to
risk survey, underwriting referral, Claim procedure and settlement.
- Other tasks as required by the job and/or assigned by Managers.
