The ideal candidate will be a creative and impactful marketeer with excellent marketing strategy, communications skills, a keen interest in business development and a passion for science, agriculture and food.
You will have a proven track record in supporting and implementing a variety of marketing activities, with a focus on B2B and key account management, and demonstrate excellence in collaboration and project management. The role will see you working with sales and technical colleagues from across Vietnam and APAC region to ensure that our marketing activity support the business and are consistent with our vision, values and priorities.


Description

Key responsibilities

* Mapping out the marketing plan that supports and extends sales initiatives, both short and long-term.
* Budget development and management in line with marketing plans.
* Create strong brand awareness in the Vietnam market
* Develop partnerships to achieve its strategy goals.
* Develop and optimize usage of the internal and external resource, globally and locally for business development.
* Manage projects and events with excellent performance, maximizing the outcome.

* Work closely with our dedicated Vietnam teams, providing them with marketing support, specifically with key accounts.
* Use upstream and downstream dynamics to liaise with customers and sales team.
* Provide customer analysis and insights to support business in Vietnam as it helps clients to achieve their goals.
* Manage customer engagement and relationships
* Carry out market research and segmentation in line with the strategic and commercial goals
* Work with Vietnam leadership on product management, including product entering, positioning, launching, promotion, etc.
* Work with the regional and global team to support the regional and global project.
* Ensure all marketing initiatives are on-brand and delivered in relevant tone of voice.
* Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
* Provide internal communication for the marketing and sales team, including updates on marketing programs and news.

Profile

Requirement
* Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, agriculture or a related field, animal nutritional or animal science background is more preferred.
* 3-5 years relevant experience in the Vietnam animal nutrition industry
* Well understanding of Vietnam's animal nutritional industry and key players
* A self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and move projects forward.
* Creativity and an innovative approach to business development and B2B marketing.
* Passionate about communications - both internally and externally.
* An ability to understand, research and present industry trends.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong attention to detail.
* An interest and ability to travel.
* Enjoys direct customer interaction with good interpersonal skills.
* Strong force of proposition.
* Excellent event and project management skills and ability

* Strong team player.
