• Supervise and train front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to team members.

• Assist in managing daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, reservations, and billing procedures.

• Monitor guest feedback and make improvements to enhance guest experiences. Implement guest service standards and respond to guest concerns in a timely manner.

• Assist with administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling, and managing front office inventory. Ensure all front desk procedures comply with resort policies.

• Work closely with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and address guest needs efficiently.

• Oversee reservations systems to ensure accurate bookings, maximize room occupancy, and manage overbooking situations if needed.

• Ensure the front desk area is clean, safe, and organized. Adhere to health, safety, and resort protocols.

• Ensure the maintenance of the front office, entrance foyer, staff area, and board room.

• To advise the FOM of any matters relating to guests, their welfare and behavior as considered desirable for various reasons.

• Directly check room preparation for VIP guests, ensuring all requirements are met in the best way.

• Stays current with developments in the Resort, services and area attractions and Promote the Radisson Rewards Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.

• Proactively resolve incidents that occur in the hotel in accordance with the Resort's service standards.

• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! Experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.

• Attends any training programs as directed or requested.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Have a degree or certificate related to the profession.
