• ​​​Review daily receiving records and all store requisitions
• ​To ensure that goods received by Receiving and Store personnel are checked for weights, quality and extensions. To check that all details on the invoice or delivery orders match with the Purchase orders and other purchasing documents and that goods are correctly received.
• ​Supervise daily activities in the store room and receiving area
• ​Prepare daily/monthly food and beverage cost reports
• ​To update the price monthly on the Purchase Plus system
• ​To create new item on the system as requested from other departments
• ​To assist Cost Controller in playing a positive and creative role in working with all Departments and to constructively assist in pricing, testing and menu planning, as well as the actual control of the cost.
• ​To assist in conducting inventory schedules of all store items.
• ​To obtain from the Income Auditor’s office daily, a breakdown of sales, F&B discounts, house-use checks and entertainment of the previous day for computation of daily cost percentages.
• ​Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.​​
