PURPOSE OF POSITION

MAIN ROLES

• Visa/ Work Permit
• Outsourcing management
• Take casual orders as per approved by GM, to be in the reviewing line of the proposal raised on Moin
• Get casual signed on agreement
• Maintain & update casual database & report
• Provide facilities/equipments on their first day
• Casual time attendance check on Cadena system
• Support casual to open bank account
• Recognition program
• Refresh package management
• Parking issues
• Staff birthday
• Order monthly office stationery
• Manage general affairs (taxi, internet, phone)
• Manage HR fund
• Support staff to go to Korea and vice versa
• Admin reports
• Other HR and Admin issues
• Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation
• Oversee all Purchase Requisitions in the department
• Handle general enquiries
• Take dictation of correspondence as required
• Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
• Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of the organization
• Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
• Access and use work processing computer packages and keep up to date with enhancements to latest upgrades
