* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Manage and maintain up- to- date the wood traceability document system with the required wood traceability documents, standards, laws and necessary records in hard and soft copy at the designated drives and provide required wood traceability documents to the customers and the certify bodies by their requested timeline.
- Ensure an effective Chain of Custody (CoC) Compliance System at ScanCom Group in line with FSC Standard, EUTR law, Australian law, LACEY ACT, FLEGT, IWAY Forestry Standards, Clients’ wood origin requirements and SCVN’s and SCI’s CoC requirements.
- Ensure an effective compliance system over the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) during the certification and annual assessment. Also ensure proper documents for the issuance of GRS transaction certificate (TC) from ScanCom to customers.
- Support team members in assigned tasks, programs and project of the department.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, AND AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
- Conduct Risk assessment for timber materials based on Global regulations.
- Working with sales teams and customers to feed the demand for wood origin documents.
- Manage and maintain up- to- date the wood traceability document system with the required wood traceability documents to comply with FSC standards, Local Laws, EUDR/EUTR and other Timber Requirements
- Ensuring proper and adequate documents and records are uploaded to the customers&039; required platforms for the customers&039; compliant assessment purposes.
- Delivering the required wood origin awareness to management, team, employees in ScanCom and within ScanCom Supply Chain.
- Checking and maintaining the documents and records to comply with FSC and GRS standards.
- Monitoring the wood origin compliance level and GRS system in ScanCom and at ScanCom Supply Chain.
* WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
* Internal:
- Be cooperative with responsible people from relevant departments: supply chain (PPM, PROC, Im- Ex), Sales, KM, BOM, TD, Warehouse, Production Planning and Finance in implementing and maintaining the compliance systems.
* External:
- Cooperating with the people from relevant local authorities and stakeholders (Forest protection authority, FSC certify bodies, customers, customers’ authorized organizations) on the assessments and audits
* Reporting:
- Superior: Wood Traceability Manager

* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must requirement:
- College/Bachelor Degree
- Experience: Understanding FSC, GRS standards, Local Laws on Forestry Protection and Deforestation prevention as well as Illegal logging, EUDR and Working with furniture manufacturer
* Important requirement:
- Able to work independently, in teamwork, under pressure and in professional manner with internal and external people.
- Able to communicate, reading and writing in English
- Proactive, dynamic, time management, honest & responsible for work
- Systematic & critical thinking/problem solving mindset/skill
- Having good skill in Microsoft Office Applications (Good)

• Tiền thưởng học sinh giỏi từ lớp 10 đến lớp 12 là 500.000 đồng/cháu/năm học
