Training & Development

• Coordinate with Learning and Development Manager to organize and support onboarding and orientation programs for new hosts
• Assist in organizing internal training sessions, workshops, and brand-related programs
• Maintain training records, attendance, and training calendars
• Assist with brand culture, service standards, and sustainability-related training initiatives

Host Engagement & Culture

• Support and organize host engagement activities, wellness programs, and internal events
• Assist in delivering Host Mission, wellness, and sustainability initiatives
• Help create meaningful engagement moments for hosts across all shifts (including early and night shifts)
• Support town halls, celebrations, festive events, and recognition activities

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution of training and engagement activities
• Assist in preparing internal communication materials related to training and host engagement
• Collect feedback from hosts to continuously improve training and engagement programs

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare basic reports related to training participation and engagement activities
• Maintain training materials, presentations, and internal documentation

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training, HR, or host engagement (hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and people-oriented
• Passion for learning, host well-being, and sustainable culture
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
