Mô tả Công việc
- Negotiate and deal with brands for the best support for Sociolla
- Monitor category performance in terms of pricing, promotion, assortment, product quality, planning and allocation
- Ensure the brand achieve sales target for monthly, quarterly and annually
- Involve in campaigns and create individual campaigns for brand partners (exclusivity, traffic, always on promotion)
- Adjust stock availability and slow moving or dead stocks/ returned stocks etc...
- Manage all other administrative tasks to make sure brands are listed and activated successfully on Sociolla online store
- Regularly research the market to update new beauty trends, customers’ needs and merchandise opportunities
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, business or any fields
- Experience at similar role (Buyer/ Merchandiser/ Category Specialist...) of at least 3 years in Retail Industry
- Passion in Beauty/ Cosmetics Industry
- Good communication and negotiation skill, problem solving, analytical, creative, detail oriented
- Experience in using computer and Microsoft application
