Mô tả công việc

• Participate actively in welcoming warmly and greeting the guests 
• Send the guest luggage from the hotel entrance to their room when they "check in" in the shorter time possible 
• Pick up the luggage from the guest room when it is requested and send them to the lobby in the shorter time possible 
• Coordinate with the Front Desk the room numbers and tag numbers to ensure that the correct numbers are collected 
• Send the luggage to the store room when it is required and keep full records - Keep the Store Rooms clean and organized 
• Keep the trolleys clean and shiny at any time
• Deliver the newspapers to the guest rooms 
• Bring the messages to the guest rooms or sections/employees of the hotel 
• Help the Security in clearing the traffic in front of the hotel 
• Assist Lobby Attendant in opening the hotel doors for guests 
• Call taxi for guest 
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisors or HOD
