• Act quickly and efficiently, following the instructions received by the Supervisor.
• Ensure that her/his section is perfectly tidy at any time, that the accessories & stationary used for the operations are refill as often as required and that the circuits of operations are followed strictly.
• Ensure that all Check-in and Check-out are made in line with the standards established. Especially attentive on the audit, immigration & guest history issues. Ensure that the operations handled by her/his own are fully completed and correct.
• Be attentive on all information received during the different briefings: daily morning Supervisor briefing, FO handover briefing (for afternoon shift); be active and dynamic in participating in these different discussion opportunities. During his/her shift, she/he will report quickly any problem or question to her/his supervisor. The Club Attendant will read the logbook at the beginning of shift, follow up and keep it updated during his/her shift.
• Ensure that all the guests who checked in during her/his shift are fully recorded the same day on the accurate immigration reports.
• Take-care F&B service in the lounge, breakfast, evening cocktail, afternoon tea. Food and drinks are available all day at the Club, Club Attendant must take care of every guest who request for a drink or something to eat at any time.
• Standby at the Club Desk (always someone at the desk at any time) and will leave this place only with prior authorization of the Club Manager/Supervisor and for a valid reason (lunch, dinner,..), or to escort our guests to their room at any time, or move around to take care of service and cleanliness of the Club.
• Be attentive to respect the privacy/confidentiality of the information, or guest names available. He/she will ensure not to transmit any guest name, or guest history information.
• Has a selling role to play, she/he has to ensure that all the payment received are accurate with the rate given and she/he has to increase the Hotel revenue tying the upsell the guest who are checking in a tactful manner and in line with the upselling procedures.
• Each end shift, the Club Attendant will fully clear her/his station and do a full and detailed handover with the following shift. She/he will check in details that her/his cashier report is correct and with all the backup attached
• Treat guests and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.
• Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.
• Socialize with guests by using every opportunity.
• To collect the maximum of information about the guest as part of the guest history procedures.
• To be present in the Club to play this "Public Relations" Role. All guest comments will be reported to the Club Sofitel Manager.
• In any circumstances, the Club Attendant will be smiley, willing to help the guest, will ensure a warm greeting for any guest entering in the lounge and will keep permanently a positive attitude.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Accor Internet and Email policy.
• Ensure Hotel, Guest and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent English
- Experience more than a year in a similar position in upscale luxury hotels
- Strong experience of budgeting, forecasting, taxation, balancing, government regulations
- Experience of SUN, MC, Opera is an plus.
