Role Overview

This is an opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in Law, Business, Compliance, Technology and/or Risk Management looking to thrive in a rapidly growing company active in the high growth information services sector.

Client Protection is the critical compliance function of Dialectica; aiming to ensure that our clients are able to securely, compliantly and safely access our unique knowledge sources.

The Client Protection Team manages a variety of challenging tasks, such as monitoring ongoing projects, policy drafting, training, product development and risk assessment. As a Client Protection Associate (Legal & Compliance), you will facilitate client requests, update and draft new policies, oversee their implementation, and ensure that Dialectica's employees across all offices work on building a safe and compliant environment for our clients.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Focus on the implementation of day-to-day operations, such as monitoring active projects and doing risk assessment to flag and mitigate potential risks
Answer diligently to the Client Service Team's requests and make sure to provide appropriate input on implementation of compliance best practices
Draft and implement policies that will ultimately enhance the quality of service delivery for our clients.
Develop and deliver training material to ensure that all Client Service Team members are educated sufficiently on compliance issues
Coordinate with the rest of your team members across the globe on long-term projects to develop industry standards

Requirements

Undergraduate Degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, Science & Technology or any other related field
6-12 months experience in related fields such as risk management, law, compliance or technology would be an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills
Professional ethics and integrity with attention to detail
Committed to improving internal quality standards
Fluency in English, both verbal and written (additional language an asset)
Proficient use of MS Office and Google suite

Lịch sử thành lập

Năm 1993, BRG được thành lập bởi bà Nguyễn Thị Ngã và khởi tạo với ngành nghề kinh doanh xuất khẩu
Năm 2000, tập đoàn nhận chuyển giao và bắt đầu xây dựng và phát triển BRG Kings Island Golf Resort.
Năm 2006, BRG đưa vào hoạt động đại lý Honda Tây Hồ.
Năm 2009, BRG nhận nhiệm vụ đầu tư xây dựng quy hoạch 1/500 hai bên tuyến đường Nhật Tân – Nội Bài.
Năm 2010, Chính thức khởi công “Khu vui chơi giải trí thể thao – Sân golf quốc tế Sóc Sơn”, một công trình để chào mừng đại lễ kỷ niệm 1000 năm Thăng Long - Hà Nội. Đưa vào hoạt động đại lý Honda Hải Phòng.
Năm 2014, sân Mountain View thuộc BRG Kings Island Golf Resort được bình chọn là sân Golf tốt nhất Việt Nam do Tập đoàn Golf Châu Á - Thái Bình Dương trao tặng.
Năm 2015, BRG ký kết hợp tác chiến lược độc quyền với nhà thiết kế Gôn số 1 Thế giới Nicklaus Design và Học viện Gôn Jack Nicklaus Academy of Golf, hoàn thành nâng cấp toàn diện và đổi tên Đồ Sơn Seaside Golf thành BRG Ruby Tree Golf Resort và khai trương BRG Legend Hill Golf Resort – Sân golf đầu tiên được thiết kế bởi Nicklaus Design tại Việt Nam.
Năm 2018, Công ty Fuji Mart Việt Nam - Liên doanh giữa Tập đoàn BRG (Việt Nam) và Tập đoàn Sumitomo (Nhật Bản) khai trương siêu thị Fuji Mart đầu tiên tại 142 Lê Duẩn, Hà Nội.
Năm 2019, Tập đoàn BRG, Tập đoàn VNPT, Tập đoàn Sumitomo và SeABank ký kết thỏa thuận hợp tác trong việc đóng góp cho sự phát triển của Fintech và ứng dụng công nghệ cao trong đô thị thông minh tại Việt Nam.
Năm 2020, Khai trương Siêu thị Fuji Mart thứ 2 tại 36 Hoàng Cầu, Hà Nội. Khai trương cửa hàng nhập khẩu thực phẩm BRGIntershop tại Hà Nội.
Năm 2021, Tập đoàn BRG, Vietnam Airlines và SeABank ký kết thỏa thuận hợp tác chiến lược. Khai trương Siêu thị Fuji Mart thứ 3 tại 324 Tây Sơn, Hà Nội.
Năm 2022, Tập đoàn BRG và Tập đoàn Sumitomo ký kết Hợp đồng Liên doanh phát triển toàn diện chuỗi siêu thị Fuji Mart. Tập đoàn Sumitomo Corporation và Tập đoàn BRG khai trương mô hình trải nghiệm Dịch vụ Cộng đồng Thông minh mang tên “Trạm kết nối cộng đồng”.
Năm 2023, Khai trương siêu thị Fuji Mart thứ tư tại tầng 2 tòa Hateco Laroma, Huỳnh Thúc Kháng, Hà Nội
