Mô tả công việc

Support BUs (40%)

• Supporting IT Services for top management.
• Supporting the roll-out of new stores, new application.
• Monitoring the internet, the core-services and system jobs.
• Collaborate with other IT teams as system, network and application to fix the major incident.
• Assisting the staff in managing customer inquiries and complaints.
• Monitoring and arranging the resources to support the internal and the external project.

Managements: (40%)

• Define the shift plan for the staffs monthly. Also to update the timesheet, Working overtime for the staff.
• Plan and organize work to meet changing priorities and deadlines as onsite task, project task, etc...
• Developing standard work procedures.
• Monitoring the performance of each member of staff to make sure all staff reach the SLA.
• Establish and manage IT policies and procedures.
• Validate the staff’s performance yearly.

Other: (20%)

• Training the staff to improve the service performance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Research and implement new technology applications.
• Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experiences:

• at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Computer skills: Windows administrator, Network troubleshooting, Hardware troubleshooting, Project
• Management skills.

Requirement:

• Belief that outstanding customer service is the key to success.
• Self-motivation
• Develops effective working relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in I.T, Computers.
• ITIL Foundation.
• MCSA, CCNA.
• PMP plus.
• Language: English
