We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join Trusting Social, a leading fintech powering credit access for millions across Southeast Asia. You will help build and scale digital marketing performance for Trusting Social and its banking/financial partners’ products — including credit cards and cash loans. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on with performance marketing, but also strategic enough to design systems, workflows, and analytics foundations for future growth.

You’ll be the key marketing driver in a lean, data-driven team — working directly with Product, Growth, and Data teams to deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do

• Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels to drive leads and conversions for credit card and loan products.
• Plan media budgets, set campaign objectives, and define audience targeting for maximum performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Content, and Design teams to create effective ads and landing pages that match customer intent.
• Execute campaigns end-to-end: from setup and creative deployment to ongoing optimization of ads, bids, and landing pages.
• Run A/B tests to improve creatives, messaging, and conversion funnels.
• Performance Optimization & Growth
• Set up and manage tracking and analytics tools, including Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to ensure accurate data and attribution.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics (CPA, CR, COA, etc.), providing actionable insights for campaign improvements.
• Identify insights and translate data into actionable improvements across campaigns and channels
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and cost efficiency
• Perform SEO planning and execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to boost organic visibility and support long-term lead generation.
• Identify and scale growth opportunities across both paid and organic channels through data-driven experimentation.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong focus on finance, banking, or fintech industries.
• Proven success in managing and optimizing large-scale ad budgets.
• Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance tools.
• In-depth understanding of tracking and analytics systems (GTM, GA4, Conversion API, etc.).
• Experience in SEO strategy and implementation is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
