Tasks/Aufgaben

Support the coordination with and assistance to auditors in the conduct of document review at least a month before the scheduled audit

Monitors daily the registration of confirmed audits to the respective Certification Body to ensure that no audit registration is missed before the scheduled audit date

Ensure preparation of audit plan at least 14 days before audit schedule

Ensure completion of audit file on a daily basis and monitors on a monthly basis which should be given priority for submission to the respective Certification Body

Addresses protocols and rejects by the CB in the submitted audit file

Facilitates and ensures the release of certificates to the client on a timely basic.

Ensure timely processing of auditors and technical experts application for authorization and scope extension to the respective Certification Body prior to an audit is to be conducted

Conducts regular (daily/monthly update) of the list of authorized auditors; CV of all auditors, included the qualifications/records

Responsible for all document control functions including controlling, filling and storing of MS dept s Quality manual, procedures, records and forms, Customers Quality Manual and procedures, books, standards, references, etc., and update of Document Master lists

Preparing travel for auditors/experts

Preparing the invoices and sending the related invoices for sub-contractors (external auditors, technical experts, Intercom…)

Qualifications/Qualifikationen

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in quality management systems, document and records control, ISO standard and/or as an internal quality auditor

Proficient in both spoken and written English

Proficient in computer use with basic to advanced knowledge of office operations and software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
