The CTO will be responsible for leading our technology strategy, architecture, and engineering teams while ensuring our technical infrastructure supports our rapid business growth and innovation goals
Strategic Technology Leadership

Build technology roadmap for scalable e- commerce platforms
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Develop and execute technology strategy aligned with business objectives
Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization
Collaborate with C- suite executives to align technology initiatives with business goals

E- commerce Platform Development & Operations

Implement robust payment gateway integrations
Lead system architecture design and technology stack decisions
Oversee development and maintenance of scalable e- commerce platforms
Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance
Oversee mobile app development and optimization
Drive optimization of user experience and conversion rates

Infrastructure & Security

Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure
Ensure PCI DSS compliance and other security standards
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols
Manage hosting environments and server architecture

Data & Analytics

Drive big data initiatives for business intelligence
Develop data strategy and analytics capabilities
Oversee data warehouse architecture and management
Implement AI/ML solutions for personalization and optimization

Ensure data privacy compliance
Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, mentor, and retain top technical talent
Build and lead high- performing engineering teams
Lead Agile transformation initiatives
Develop technical competency frameworks
Manage technology budget and resource allocation
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of technology experience, with 5+ years in senior technical leadership
Bachelor&039;s/Master&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of modern development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven experience in e- commerce platform development and scaling
Fluent in English
Experience with data analytics and AI/ML implementations
Understanding of payment systems and e- commerce security
Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
